Free delivery: Make purchases for a minimum of PLN 400, and we will ship your order completely free of charge!

International delivery (EU)

We also ship to European Union countries. Delivery time: 3-7 business days. International shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process after entering the delivery address.

Tracking your shipment

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which will allow you to monitor the delivery status.

Right to return

You have the right to return purchased products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Footwear must show no signs of use
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact

How to make a return?

  1. Log in to your account to report an order return
  2. Pack the product in its original packaging
  3. Send the parcel to our warehouse address (you will receive a dispatch code from us after the return request is accepted)
  4. After receiving and verifying the return, we will refund the money within 14 days

Return costs

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the cost of returning a product to the store is borne by the consumer, unless the seller decides otherwise.

In our store:

  • Standard product returns are at the customer's expense.
  • By using our return system, you can send the package back for PLN 10 per shipment.

Size exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the previous one. If you wish to keep a discount, please contact us – we will try to find the best solution.

Complaints

All products purchased in our store are covered by a 2-year warranty liability.
If the product you received has a defect or does not comply with the order, you can file a complaint. To do this:

  • Contact us and describe the problem.
  • Send photos of the product defect (if possible).
  • After receiving instructions, send the product back for complaint free of charge.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days of its receipt.
