Right to return
You have the right to return purchased products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Footwear must show no signs of use
- The product must be in its original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
How to return?
- Log in to your account to report an order return
- Pack the product in its original packaging
- Send the parcel to our warehouse address (you will receive the shipping code from us after the return request is accepted)
- After receiving and verifying the return, we will refund the funds within 14 days
Return costs
In accordance with consumer law regulations, the costs of returning the product to the store are borne by the consumer, unless the seller decides otherwise.
In our store:
- Standard product return is at the customer's expense.

By using our return system, you can send the package for 10 PLN per shipment.
Size exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the previous one. If you wish to keep the discount, please contact us – we will try to find the best solution.
Complaints
All products purchased in our store are covered by a 2-year warranty liability.
If the received product has a defect or does not conform to the order, you can file a complaint. To do this:
- Contact us and describe the problem.
- Send photos of the product defect (if possible).
- After receiving instructions, send the product for complaint free of charge.
The complaint will be processed within 14 days of its receipt.
